Host Committee

Play a hands-on role in supporting this year’s Women Rock Science event: join the Host Committee.

Host Committee members play a critical role in the success of Women Rock Science each year. It is through the support of this dedicated group that Women Rock Science can impact and uplift so many.

Host Committee requirements include:

• Commitment of a Women Rock Science sponsorship at the $3,000 "Mathematics" level or above.
• Help us find at least ONE new sponsor for the event!
• Share information about the event within your networks and invite guests to attend.
• Attend a Host Committee luncheon in September 2025, date TBA, at Cranbrook Institute of Science for a photo shoot and networking opportunities. 
• Attend Women Rock Science on October 8 at Cranbrook Institute of Science.

Members of the Host Committee serve as supporters and advocates for Women Rock Science but are not responsible for the logistics of planning the event, and do not need to attend meetings.
