Host Committee members play a critical role in the success of Women Rock Science each year. It is through the support of this dedicated group that Women Rock Science can impact and uplift so many.
Host Committee requirements include:
- Help us reach new heights with a commitment at the Mathematics level or above ($3,000+)
- Enjoy exclusive sponsor benefits—including event tickets, logo/name recognition in print and online, a VIP tour of Cranbrook Institute of Science, and more.
- Connect with fellow leaders at the Host Committee luncheon and photo shoot on September 9, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.—featuring a special meet-and-greet with the Institute’s new Susan Flint Cooper Director, Lucy Hale.
- Open doors by introducing one new sponsor from your network
Members of the Host Committee serve as supporters and advocates for Women Rock Science but are not responsible for the logistics of planning the event, and do not need to attend meetings.
