Calling all readers and book lovers! Cranbrook Institute of Science presents its first After Dark: Pages & Pours, a 21+ book fair event. Sip on an adult beverage as you browse a curated selection of local bookstores and vendors, connect with local authors, and dive into a variety of activities inspired by books!

Admission
Ticket includes entrance to the event, custom tote bag (for the first 200 registered guests), and a raffle ticket! Reserve your tickets before spots fill up!

Online ticket sales close on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 11:59pm.

The drawing will take place at about 9:15pm. One raffle ticket is included with admission. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase during the event. 

  • $2 for 1 ticket
  • $5 for 3 tickets
  • $15 for 10 tickets

Drink Tickets (for purchase at the event)

  • Beer Tickets: $9.00 each
  • Wine/Signature Cocktail: $13.00 each

This years signature cocktail is the "Book Worm" which includes vodka, pineapple, apple, and ginger ale with a gummy worm garnish.
