You’re invited to the 77th Greater Detroit Gem, Mineral & Fossil Show!
Join us at the 77th Gem, Mineral & Fossil Show and celebrate Michigan minerals with us. With over 70 dealers of jewelry, gems, minerals, and fossils, 40 display exhibits from museums and high-end collectors, and FREE prizes given out daily, there’s something for everyone at the show!

This year’s show includes:

Have you ever wondered what other life is in our solar system? Dr. Andrew Gangidine, the Institute’s Curator of Earth Sciences will be speaking at this year’s show on Friday (Oct. 7). Immerse yourself in the search for life on Mars and explore other ancient fossils!
Attendees can save money if tickets are purchased online in advance of the show. Online tickets range in price from $3-$8. Tickets at the door range in price from $3-$9. Parking is FREE.
