Birthday Parties

Party with a t.rex!  The Institute offers ready-made educational fun as a birthday party setting!  We have a limited number of spaces available Saturday and Sunday throughout the year for up to 20 children.

Each birthday party package includes:

• Use of a room for two hours
• Access to museum exhibits and any free programs occurring the day of the party
• A special Institute of Science gift for the birthday child!

Birthday parties at Cranbrook Institute of Science Party spaces are available on Saturday or Sunday for up to three hours total to include time for guest to decorate, the party and clean up.

Maximum of 20 children per party with an adult chaperone ratio of at least one adult for every four children.

Client will be responsible for contacting Reflections Café to discuss menu options and pricing at 248 645.3201.

Except for cake and ice cream no outside food is allowed. Client may bring tableware or arrange through the café.

Due to fire regulations birthday candles are prohibited.

FEE: $350 for Members or $400 for non-Members maximum 20 children per party. A 50% deposit is due at the time the party is booked.

All party spaces must be reserved at least three weeks in advance of party date.
