Scouting at Cranbrook
Visit Cranbrook Institute of Science to earn a badge or pin with your Scout group. Our experts coach Scouts through specific topics using interactive activities. Each of the Scouting at Cranbrook workshops fulfills subject requirements. Program fees include the cost of general admission and Scouts are encouraged to come early, or stay late, to visit the Institute during regular business hours.

Cranbrook Patches
These fun and colorful patches are a great souvenir of your visit to Cranbrook and can be ordered when you register for your program. Cost is $2.50 per patch.

Save time, money and the environment by booking two programs at Cranbrook on the same day. For every two programs booked the same day the Institute will discount $2 per Scout. See schedule for programs available the same day.

Summer Camps
Summer Explorer Camp at the Institute of Science brings various fields of study to life! Activities both at the Institute and across Cranbrook's 319-acre outdoor "laboratory" offer a memorable summer learning experience.
New this year, the Institute offers MEAP Concepts Camps designed to focus on areas related to standardized testing. In addition, several of the Institute's most popular camps like Science and Ecology Explorer and Crime Scene Explorer camps return!
Cranbrook also offers both before and after care.
