Member Only Maple Breakfast & Festival

Join us for a full Maple meal featuring pancakes and pure maple syrup as well as seasonal indoor and outdoor activities at our Annual Maple Breakfast and Festival. This event is open ONLY to Institute Members who pre-register for the Breakfast. Festival programs include the making of maple sugar candy, sap evaporator demonstrations in the sugar hut and more.

Michigan made maple products including syrup, cream and candy will be sold at the Science Shop.
